There is also a new element of Settlement Building Management. Fallout 4 allows the player to create a new world for the citizens of the Commonwealth, or take on the role of the new blight. Your choices will have an impact on the world around and you will be responsible for the consequences. This list is recommended for those who are looking for an action-packed, immersive RPG. Fallout4 is highly recommended.
